Saturday, August 4th - Youth Devotional
We will be going to the home of Roy & Janice Orr for our devotional together. We will be meeting at the building at 5:30. We will be returning to the building at 8:00. Look forward to seeing everyone there!!
Tuesday, August 7th - SYS @ Keller
We will be leaving out of the church parking lot at 5:21 p.m. We plan to be back at the building at 10:04ish. This is the last SYS of the year!! Invite your friends!!
Thursday, August 9th - MPR
The building will be open at 6:30. Ronnie & Shelia Rushing will be hosting!! Bring your supper and a friend and be ready for fun!!
Saturday,August 11th-Back To School Bash
We will be with the Mesquite Youth group from 2-10 p.m. More information is coming.
Sunday, August 12th we will be going to Grandview for their 2nd annual camp singing and worship in song. It begins at 4:00 p.m. Let me know if you plan to go!!
Mission Trip 2012…
There will be 28 of us leaving out today to go to Foster’s Home for Children in Stephenville. We will be meeting at the building at 2:15 p.m. We plan to return Thursday afternoon at 3:15. We appreciate all your prayers as we are gone working this week.
Schedule Change…
If you picked up a “Summer Youth Calendar” from the parents meeting in June, or from the Youth & Family Board, you will notice the Group Dynamix Lock-in on August 10th. That will NOT be happening this time. Jeff Powers of Mesquite invited us to be a part of their Back To School Bash on Saturday August 11th. I will have more details soon, but what I can tell you right now is that it is for kids going into 6th grade - kids going into 12th grade. It will be from 2-10 p.m. I will share more information with you when I get it.
