We will be going to the home of Rick & Brenda Nuzum for our devotional this month. Guys will need to bring tortilla chips, and girls need to bring drinks. Please make note, this event is Saturday, not Sunday! Scheduled to leave church building at 5:15 p.m.
KFC Kickoff…
Attention Parents!!! We will be having a KFC fun and serve event here at the building on Saturday, March 24th beginning at 5:30 p.m. This event is for kids and the parents of our 1st - 5th graders. There will be games, gift sacks will be filled for our seniors, and we will be discussing future KFC events. Please mark this date down on your calendars now. Please keep an eye on the bulletin for more details as they become available.

We are down to 1 room at the Courtyard across from the Anatole in Dallas. The cost per room is $67. There is a king size bed and sleeper sofa in each room. These rooms will be given on a first come first serve basis. If you would like a room, please see me. The deadline for room reservations is Sunday, March 4th. Money will also be due then.

Weekly Update: 02/22/2012
Upcoming Events:
Saturday, February 25th—Highway Clean Up
We will be meeting up here at the building at 9:00 a.m. to go and clean our area of road we adopted. We will be cleaning the clover leaf where 35E and 287 intersect. I look forward to seeing everyone there!
Sunday, February 26th - Teen Prayer Meeting
Following services we will be meeting in the high school classroom for a time of prayer together. Following that time of prayer we will go as a group to eat at Taco Bueno. You will need money for your meal. I look forward to being with all of you!

February 17th - 19th - T3
It’s that time!! We will meet here at the building at 5:00 p.m. Because of traffic, we will need to be on the road at 5:15. Registration is from 6:30 to 7:00. You will need to have eaten when you get here. Supper will not be provided that evening. Bring bedding as you would for camp, just in case. If it is not needed, we will keep it locked in the bus. We will be worshipping in Lewisville at 9:00 a.m. Sunday. I look to be back here to Brown Street around 11:15 a.m.

Sunday evening after services, we will be meeting in the fellowship room to share thoughts and ideas for our KFC group.

Saturday, February 11th - Golden Agers Valentines Banquet
Calling all available Teens!!!! We will be serving the golden agers at their annual banquet! Plan on being here at 5:30 on Saturday evening. The banquet will be from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Let me know if you be able to help serve at this event!
Sunday, February 12th - Road Trip!
We will be making a road trip to the Italy Church of Christ for worship on Sunday evening. After LTC practice we will meet in the fellowship room and leave around 5:20. Worship begins there at 6:00 p.m. They will be feeding us after services. Pick up time will be 8:30, here at the building.
T3 Retreat, February 17th - 19th - Lewisville Church of Christ
We have 12 teens signed up to go to Lewisville for this spiritual feast!
Some of you have already paid me. If you have not, please get me your $45 as soon as you can. Pray for this event!
