Weekly Update: 09/25/2013

2471 Hang Out…
Sunday night, September 29th, we will gather at the home of Rick & Kara Williams to just “hang out”. You just need to pick your supper up and bring it to the house. Our home will be open after services until 8:30 pm. Look forward to being with everyone! Invite your friends!

2471 TPM…
Sunday night, October 6th, we will meet in the High School classroom for a time of prayer together. Following that time, we will be going to Fuzzy’s Tacos for our meal together. You will need money for your meal. Invite your friends!!

HEY TEENAGERS!!!!
Don’t forget that October is Pack The Pantry Month!! The following are dates and items to bring.
October 2 & 6 - canned fruit
October 9 & 13 - canned meat (tuna or spam)
October 16 & 20 - canned soup
October 23 & 27 - canned meat (chicken or spam)

Brown Street Families…
The trip to Yesterland Farms in Canton on Saturday, September 28th, has been cancelled due to our numbers not reaching the cut-off. Keep watching the bulletin for our next family activity!!

KFC Korner...
It’s our last week to collect corn for the Care Center, let’s go out with a bang, if possible please bring two cans of corn to Bible Hour! If you would like to be a part of Bible Hour and can commit to volunteering for just one month, please see DeAnn Greenlee.

I want to give a very special thank you to the volunteers who helped get Bible Hour off to a great start for the month of September: Misti Diggs, Staci Fletcher, Becky Maxwell, Tammy Arnold, Wendy & Richard Myers, Mindy Medford, Nicole Blythe, Debbi Brazil, Kaley Morrow, Reagan Rushing, Thomas Vincent, Caleigh Lackey and Rileigh Lackey. You each had a special place in making Bible Hour great for the children!!

Trunk or Treat will be here before we know it. The official date and time is Saturday, October 26th at 6 pm. We need volunteers to bring food, drinks, decorate trunks, provide game trunks and several other jobs. If you would like to join us for a very fun night, please see DeAnn Greenlee to sign up. We encourage ALL ages to come.
