Information regarding LTC…
If you reserved a hotel room for Friday, check-in time is 3:00 p.m. You can get there early, and if your room is ready they can do an early check in. The meeting room (hospitality suite) will be open at 2:00 p.m.
If you are in make-up sign language, 3-4 Drama, or 11-12 Puppets, plan to get to the hotel NO LATER than 3:00 or when your coach instructs you to be there. Those events begin during the 4:00 - 5:40 time slot.
If you are in Bible reading, you will be Friday as well in the 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. time slot.
For those that are staying in the hotel Friday night, I will have other instructions upon arrival Friday. If you are coming up Saturday, events begin at 8:00 a.m. We would love to see anyone and everyone out supporting our youth!
LTC Awards Banquet...
Sunday night, April 7th the LTC participants will be receiving recognition and awards for their work and preparation. We will be meeting in the fellowship room. Everyone is invited to stay and enjoy this time together.
