Saturday, September 8th - Youth Devo
The devotional will be hosted by Wyman & Carol Stewart. We will be going to the home of Janice Bailey. The only thing you will need to bring is your appetite. Make note that this is on a Saturday night. We will meet at the building at 5:30 p.m. Pick-up time will be 8:00 p.m. here at the building.
Sunday, September 9th - Parents Meeting
Calling all parents!! Sunday evening at 4:00 p.m. we will be meeting in the fellowship room for time to discuss the fall and winter activities. Please make plans to attend if at all possible. Calendars will be given out.
Saturday, September 15th - Singing in Groesbeck
If you are not busy, come join us and sing our hearts out. Details below.
Sunday, September 16th - Youth Activity
We will be going to Ferris to worship with the congregation there. I will give you more details next week, so be watching!!
LTC Sign-ups…
There are sign-up sheets out on the Youth & Family bulletin board. You will be able to sign up through the month of September. This will help our coaches in their preparation for LTC in March 2013. The theme is Matthew. Be thinking about what you would like to participate in for LTC. We had a great time last year and I look forward to another successful time this year!
Attention All Brown Street Members…
Saturday, September 15th is Groesbeck church of Christ’s 2nd annual singing. It will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will conclude at 8:30 p.m. There will be a break in the middle where light refreshments will be served. We will be leaving the parking lot here at the building at 4:45 and will plan to return around 10:00 p.m. I hope you plan to come out for some great congregational singing on September 15th!!
