June 10-16 - Encounter

At this writing, we are having a wonderful time at Encounter.  Just wanted to let all the parents know that we plan to be back in Waxahachie around 3:00 Saturday afternoon.

June 17-22 - Inner Circle Christian Camp

Tuesday, June 19th - Summer Youth Series

Tuesday night the Summer Youth Series is at White Rock in Dallas.  Due to camp this week, there will not be transportation provided to this Summer Youth Series.  If you are still in town, I would encourage you to make plans and make the trip to Dallas.

Sunday, June 24th - Teen Prayer Meeting

We will be meeting in the High School classroom after services for a time of prayer together.  Following that time of prayer, we will be loading up and going to Dairy Queen for supper.  Please make plans now to attend!!

Important Camp Information...

Attention I.C.C.C. Campers!!!

Please plan to meet here at the building at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday June 17th.  We will load up, have a prayer together, and then get on the road. 

We will stop at a park on the way to Quartz Mountain for worship together.  Following our time of worship, we will eat lunch.  You will need to bring a sack lunch, and a drink with you that morning.  Please have your name on your sack, and drink.  We will have coolers to put everything in.

We will look to be back at the building between 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. June 22nd.

MPR Nights Are Coming…

Mark your calendars for June 28th.  The Pope’s will host our first one.  Invite your friends!!

Friday, June 8th - MPR/Lock-in

You will need to bring your supper here to the building at 7:00 p.m., or come already fed.  You will also need to bring $10 with you as well.  This will be our first youth group event with our “new look group”.  Let’s all plan to be here and welcome our new 7th graders and 6th graders into 2471!!

June 10-16 - Encounter

If you are going to Encounter, please be here at the building at 8:00 a.m.  We will have a devotional together, load up, and leave.  You will need money for lunch on the way there, and lunch on the way home.

Tuesday, June 12th - Summer Youth Series

Tuesday night we will be going to Meadow View in Mesquite.  The bus will leave the parking lot at 6:00 p.m.  Plan to be here at 5:52.  The bus will be returning to the parking lot at 9:37 p.m. for pick up.  Invite your friends!!

Inner Circle Camp Registration

The dates for camp this year are June 17-22.  If you are in need of a camp application please see Rick.  The cost for camp is $170. 

Scholarships Available…

Partial or full scholarships are available for camp.  See Rick for more details.

Saturday, June 2nd - Youth Devotional

Start planning now to be at the devotional at the home of Glenn & Connie Perryman.  We will be meeting at the building at 4:45 p.m.  We will eat, have great fellowship and food, and close our time together with a devotional.  We will plan to be back at the building by 7:00 p.m. for pick-up.

Tuesday, June 5th - Summer Youth Series

Brown Street will be hosting the Summer Youth Series.  This is the first time we have kicked things off.  Our goal is to have at least 800 in our auditorium.  It begins at 7:00 p.m.  Make plans to attend...invite your friends!!

Friday, June 8th - MPR/Lock-in
